How has attending any of these events impacted your life? Giving honor to God, who is the head of my life. I thank God for ordering my steps and directing me to Me Mentoring and OCIM Ministries. I was raised in the church. I love the Lord, however, following the murder of my 1-year-old son, my faith in God dwindled. I was filled with anger, guilt, doubt, and unforgiveness. I was a mental mess. From New York City the Lord led me to Minister Cook in Chicago. I am not a follower of people. I am an independent thinker, and I was hesitant to reach out to Minister Cook, but God wouldn't let it go. I would often watch Minister Cook preach via her Facebook page. To my surprise Minister Cook responded to my text messages on Facebook. She was kind and called me on the phone. She ministered to me and reassured me that God hasn't forgotten me or forsaken me. I cried ugly tears as I honestly admitted to Minister Cook that I lost faith in God, and I believed that God didn't love me. Under the mentorship of Minister Cook, the Sunday night prayer group, I also attend a Monday night Bible Study now, along with Fridays with Felicia's Ministry and the entire OCIM Team, I am blessed with a fresh anointing from God. Your team of amazing outreach and sisterhood has brought me back to God! God is real! I know that I know that I know that God is with me, and he never turned his back on me! I thank God for OCIM! You all are saving souls and sharing the good news of Christ! OCIM is all about Kingdom Building and doing the work of the Father. Thank you all for your sisterhood and for supporting me as I work towards being a better Christian and giving my life to God. I am indeed a work in progress, but I am confident that God got me, and I am so glad about it!
